What our customers say
Real reviews from customers using AusFindr every day.
Prompt service and delivery from the company. Cards works as describe and track very well on the Google Find my Hub app. I compared one to an Android mobile phone that is with the card and accuracy and update are good.
The cards are easy to set up.
Time will tell as to how long a charge lasts and weather it's up to the advertised specifications. Wireless charging requires careful placement of the card on the pad to ensure charging. The tiny red led is a little hard to see in a bright room if it is placed correctly for charging.
Overall happy with my purchase and will reserve a five star review when battery capacity is confirmed in a few months.
Thank you for the detailed review and feedback! Great to hear the setup, tracking and Google Find Hub are all working well.
I’ll be interested to hear your update in 5 to 6 months regarding the battery life! The battery is designed to last around 5 to 6 months, depending on usage and update frequency, and in some of our tests, I’ve even had cards run for around 7 months.
I look forward to hearing from you later this year! If you have any questions while using the cards, please don’t hesitate to reach out via info@securitybase.com.au
Cheers, Nick

Arrived promptly, smooth setup, works flawlessly
Nice easy to conceal tracker to safeguard my belongings. Had a bit of trouble linking it in Find Hub but suspect my phone is a bit old as I switched to my Samsung Tablet which is a late model and find hub saw it immediately. I spoke to tech support and they took it on board and changed the setup instructions to suggest this( trying another device). Once found it could be seen on all my devices. Accuracy is quite good and charging is very easy with wireless charger!
Cards arrived.
Nick very quickly sorted a delivery hiccup with Aus. Post and all is well
Thanks for a wonderful product.
Sincerely

Impressed by quick set up and communication. Highly recommend 👌
Works fine
Easy to deal with fast delivery good product easy to set up
Arrived on time. Due to locality experienced some initial WiFi issues in setup process but a modicum of patience backed up by clear AusFindr set up instructions resulted in success.
Thanks for the review! It’s good to know the setup instructions helped get everything connected despite the initial Wi-Fi issues. Although the Tracker Card itself doesn’t use Wi-Fi, having Wi-Fi switched on can assist during the pairing process.
I appreciate your patience with the setup and hope the Tracker Card serves you well!
Cheers, Nick
as previously stated
Good service. Prompt delivery. Very easy to link with the Find My app.
Works as described
Thanks for the review. I really appreciate the detailed feedback you shared with me in a seperate email. I’m glad the Tracker Card is working as described, and your comments have given me a few useful things to look at to make the product information even clearer.
Cheers, Nick
Have only had it about a week! Was fairly easy to set up and charge. I purchased the offered wireless charger also and have had no issues. The small red light that comes on the (right facing side midway) card is was hard at first to see in bright light but once located out is otherwise readily visible. Once i downloaded google 'Find Hub' onto Android and installed the press button to sound the alarm worked every time. You don't have to have your location on but you do have to switch on the Bluetooth to engage the alarm. Otherwise I leave blue tooth and location off as I'm using it mainly to locate my wallet within the house. All good so far seems like a good product.
Thanks for the detailed review and for sharing your experience after the first week. It’s great feedback, especially around the charging light and setup process.
For the nearby alarm function, Bluetooth does need to be switched on so your phone can communicate with the card. Good to hear the wireless charger has also been working well and that the tracker is doing the job for finding your wallet around the house!

Great so far very happy with them
The card is competitively priced and so far works well. Was easy to setup, and I've already recommended it to friends.
I wanted to use the tracking card for a while before putting in a review. This a great card as my autistic son is always miss placing his wallet. We have been able to locate it even when he cannot find it at home, I think he just likes to hear the sound. Very happy to recommend this to others.
Fantastic customer service. I needed my cards to arrive quickly as we were travelling overseas and they arrived within two days from Adelaide to Brisbane. They easy to set up. I’m looking forward to testing them out on my trip.
Great design. Value is second to none. No subscription required. Would recommend to anyone!
I love that they are very thin . Quick delivery Very professional
The Company was so helpful. The person I dealt with went out of his way to assist Mee. I worked for an Airline for 43 years I know how baggage can be lost or misplaced so being able to be able to track your baggage is a big plus. I would recommend this without hesitation.
