Refund policy

We offer 30-day returns on AusFindr products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it.

Before you start a return, please contact us at info@ausfindr.com.au with your order number.

Once your return has been approved, it will need to be sent to:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
